Yes, the one lakh rupees is the registration fee for private medical colleges and for government colleges, its ten thousand rupees for general and half for SC/ST/OBC/MBC candidates i.e. Rs.5000.

If you had completed your application form in Round 1, need not fill the application form again but can edit the pre-filled choices ad if not completed your application form in Round 1, can complete  incomplete application form and fill the choices.
