There is no such thing as Home state rank in JEE mains. Your JEE Mains rank will be the final rank. The home state cutoff ranks are declared by the college separately, to facilitate the students of that particular state to take admission with a relatively lower rank. So, there is a home state quota, but you won't be told your home state rank.
