"Donations" are not allowed anymore. All admissions happen on a merit basis only according to NEET rank. If you are from general category it's difficult to get a private college with lesser fee and quite impossible to get a government college with this score. However, you can apply to deemed universities. The fee is higher but you will get admission in MBBS with this score. Another option is management quota, but that is also expensive.
