I dont think so,You just have to book your slot before your actual counselling date.Then you have to book your venue of counselling based on the availability and then you can go for the counselling either in chennai,bhopal,ap or vellore.Depends on your choice..But if you are too late,then things neednt go according to your wish.you will have to select according to the availability.

I had my counselling at vellore although i lived in chennai.I decided to take up vit at the last moment and by the time i booked it,i had no choice but to take vellore for counselling.ATB
