Hello,

If you want to get into afmc, you need to have at least around  650 marks in neet examination to be on the safer side.

They do not charge a significant fee. You must deposit a one-time payment (around 15–30k when I started) at the time of admission for things like your uniform/cycle, etc.

Following that, you pay a little term charge (mostly less than one thousand, may be more as you enter final MBBS).

You'll also earn allowances for uniforms, laundry, and other expenses. Despite the fact that there is no considerable term fee or hostel expenses, you must pay monthly mess fees. They're essentially trying to set up a fund to compensate the mess employees. Unless you skip your biometric or are punished for other offences, which will be added to your mess bill, they are roughly $1–2k.

Hope this helps.
