As per your said question, you will get the benefit of state quota reservation for that state where you have done your 10+2. If you have done your 10+2 from Maharashtra school then you have eligibility to get seat under the 85 percent state quota reservation of Maharashtra state or other wise you have to apply through the 15 percent all india quota seats for medical in government colleges of Maharashtra. And  vise versa for all conditions if you have done your 10+2 form karnataka state.
