Hey,

As per the latest rules the Telangana administration has outlawed the use of cellphones in all of the state's educational institutions. The decision comes in response to an increase in cellphone abuse in schools. At this time, neither students nor teachers will be permitted to bring cellphones into the classroom.

Hope it helps.

thank You.

Hello,

Mobile phone has now become a necessity to people. No matter what kind of Polytechnic institute it is, they wont prohibit you from bribing mobile phones  to the college. However, they should not be  used during lectures. They might take actions if you do. So, considering their Guidelines you can use mobile phones for emergency purpose only. Hence it is not restricted to carry mobile phones to the Polytechnic college but the purpose for usage must be acceptable.

Hope this helps. Thank you.
