Yes Punjab University allows you to give exam in hindi language. When you will fill the form there will be an option for selecting languages. So from there you can choose hindi language. PU permits to give semester Exams in hindi. Also, there are books available in hindi for your course. And moreover you can ask your doubts in hindi. Teachers are very cooperative. There are no such restrictions like you have to study in English only. You can choose language in which you want to give exam.
