It is temporarily removed for academic session 2020....but there is many students who is going to repeat  for next year and also re-repeaters...so there is chance to remove 75% criteria

CSAB has removed the 75% criteria for JEE MAIN 2020 only. Till now there is no such news of eligibility criteria of JEE MAIN 2021. Because of pandemic, CBSE, ISC and many other boards couldn't complete the exam for some subjects and ended up giving full marks in those papers. As a result CSAB abolished the 75% or top 20 percentile criteria to be eligible for JEE MAIN 2020.

As per the recent updates, the removal of 75 percentage in XII boards was temporary and is restricted to the year 2020. There has been no official announcement on 2021, however, it is to be expected that you there will be the minimum percentage criteria in the 2021.
