There is no benefit of CBSE 12th marks u need to qualify for appearing for NEET by getting 50% marks in 12th.In case you want to take up BSC for that 12th marks holds a value.

Yes, there is no benefit in NEET with CBSE 12th marks. But you must obtain 50% marks to appear NEET exam.
