Yes you can join akash if it is in your city.Akash is good coaching as per neet is concerned.
If it is not in your city then you can go to neariest city.

If you have lot of money then go to kota join allen,resonance, vibrant, bansal, motion.

If you live in up then there is an Institute in gorakhpur by name of gurukul pathshala which gives no. 1 rank student in purvanchal.
