Sorry to say you that you have not mention about which college you are talking about nor you use the hashtags. That's why it's quite difficult to tell about that.

But about one thing you should be clear that each and every medical College and BSc nursing colleges have their own hospitals or nursing homes. Where all of the students at least get the chance to do their internships in those hospitals or nursing Home.

And the another thing you should know that is all of the MBBS students after completing their course they don't get any placement but get the doctor or after completing BSc nursing they get the nurse tag which is much more important and by that they can get chance to work.
