Hello Aspirant, 

If you wish to reapply using a different Email Id, you may do so. As long as your registered E-mail Id is different, you will be able to re-apply. However, if you wish to make some changes, you may go ahead and do it in your older form, since application submission dates have been extended. However if  you already made payment and wish to make some correction and re-apply, you may use a different email id.
