As per the requirements mentioned officially you will be required to give your right thumb impression and signature in different images.

Both of them will be required seperately.

No you will not only need to submit your thumb print in the form of your right hand thumb finger imprint but also your signature and your photographs which are all validity and compulsory for your valid if occasion in the NEET UG registration
so kindly upload all the three that means your photograph, your right hand thumb finger print impression as well as your signature to be duly eligible for getting admit card and appearing for the NEET UG examination otherwise than may be a problem with issuing your admit card odd even if you are allowed to give the examination admit create problems during verification and counselling rounds

I would liek to tell you that along wiith uploading of photo and signature, you are required to upload their right-hand finger impression as well.

So I would suggest you to submit your signature in the signature box and the finger impression later on in the finger impresson box.

Just remember that only Blue ink is acceptable for taking index finger impression.
