Are there any dimensions mentioned for the passport size photo, signature and thumb impression in NEET UG application form?

hello,
For neet 2020 you require a your photo size of 10 to 200 kb . The photograph should be in JPG/JPEG. The photo of signature should be of size 4 to 30 kb in the same format mentioned above. The photo of thumb impression should be of size 10 to 50 kb in the same format mentioned above.

Do we need to draw a box on the white paper and then sign and put a thumb impression in it? How much should be the dimensions of the boxes? Can we draw any size of boxes and then do the sign?
