Tulu quota is applicable in the Karnataka state only and it is also appilicable for the government colleges like Banglore medical colleges and research and mysore medical college also it is applicable but you should attempt state level entrance examination of Karnataka so that you may get seat in that government colleges and to get seat in the government colleges in the tulu quota you should get rank below 2000 so that you can get seat in that government colleges and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to you.
