Both UP board and CBSE board are good at their own places but CBSE board always have an upper hand compared to state boards.

CBSE board comparatively is more student friendly and it is helpful for a student to develop their interpersonal skills along with the studies. Not only this but CBSE board have revised updated syllabus which make the student more friendly to the competitions. 

If you later want to do your studies from good National Institutes then CBSE board surely going to to help you to develop your skills for that college.

CBSE what is surely better than any other state board so I would prefer you to go for CBSE Board instead of UP board.
