Dear Student,

Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology(IT) is two different branches in Engineering Field but it's syllabus /placements recruiters is 90% almost same .

So, in that case you can prefer with any of these two courses , but you can't opt both courses combinedly in B.Tech level , well you can pursue higher studies with any of these branches by taking Entrance test(GATE) in relevant paper(CS).
