Hello Ranveer,
Previously it is not mandatory to click photo with name and date but from past few jee mains ,NTA made mandatory for all candidate to upload their photo with name and date to make examination process more transparent.

You should upload your photo with name and date as per latest rule by NTA.

Actually the uploading photo should contain date and name if you want you can do but there is no compulsory to do like that according to jee mains official website

So please feel free to ask for more information
