Being one of the toughest exams, one needs a lot if hard work and determination to get good score in Jee Advanced. First you should go through the entore syllabus. Instead of choosing a random topic from the syllabus, you must break your preparation into sections. Sub-topics from each section should be selected and then strategy on clearing concepts must be made. Never leave any concepts doubtful or unsolved.

To do the best, you need the best books for preparation-

  • PHYSICS

Concepts of physics by HC Verma
Objective questions on physics by DC Pandey
Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov

  • Mathematics

RD Sharma
Plane Trigonometry by S L Loney
Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH

  • CHEMISTRY

Physical Chemistry by OP Tondon
Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur
Organic chemistry by OP Tondon

Make a proper routine or timetable and devote at least 8 to 10 hours a day. During last days, focus more on the important chapters. You can also write down all the formulas together in a notebook. When done with the syllabus, give mock tests regularly, and solve previous year papers also. Give at least two mock tests every week. Then analyze your weak parts and work on them. If you find it difficult to prepare from books like HC Verma, DC Pandey, then only go for NCERTs. From wherever you study, you must complete NCERT Textbooks as many questions are directly asked from NCERTs.

rahulgrv21 Undoubtedly, NCERT textbooks are best for basic preparation and having a clear concept of all the subjects for Jee Main and board as well. But to fetch good percentile in Jee Main, you must go for solving complex problems. So you should follow some standard reference books like Concepts of physics by HC Verma, Problems in General Physics byI.E Irodov,  Mathematics RD Sharma and Plane Trigonometry by S L Loney, Physical Chemistry by OP Tondon, Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur, Organic chemistry by OP Tondon.

rahulgrv21 At first, solve easier problems then increase the level of difficulty. To solve complex problems, you must require a clear concept of that topic. Practice more the same problems which seem difficult to you.
