According to the previous year data, your All India Rank for 98 percentile is expected to be within 8000 approximately for OBC category. With this rank, you have good chances of getting the top NITs and IIITs in the country. Also you can get many good government colleges. You can easily get CS or IT in the good colleges with this rank. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
