All Canadian Universities shall accept graduation degrees from valid recognised university be it 3 year duration or not.
So you can definitely go for further studies.
You might be required to take up TOEFL exam as language test to gauge yiur communication and listening skills.

You will also require statements of purpose and letter of recommendations from your professors.
For MS in Canada, you need to take up GRE exama and for MBA you shall need GMAT exam.
