Hey
Your rank is very higher to get a seat in TSEAMCET counselling. I will suggest you to try for other state counsellings like that for MP, Maharashtra, Punjab and many more. They conduct their entrance exam and also give admissions on the basis of JEE MAINS rank.
You can use the college predictor tool for TSEAMCET to verify once.
