As the cut off for this year has been at higher clouds for getting a good government college you need to atleast cross 550+then only your chances for availing an MBBS seat in government college is for sure but as you mentioned that you belongs to SC category there may be quiet possible chances you may secure seat not in government college but atleast in private college since merit list has not been declared wait till than and try till the last counselling you may secure a seat.
