Hi aspirant, since you have 64.47 percentile in JEE Mains so on the behalf of that you can apply for counselling but chances ofgetting any GFTI on this rank low since your rank will lie above 250K it is not possible for you to get into any good GFTI with this rank. But than also you should appear in Counselling.
