No  dear , you  have to qualify LPUNEST test for admission in order to fulfill the eligibility criteria. The eligibility of  B.Tech.(Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Mains^ or LPUNEST.
you must have a minimum of 80% percentile in the JEE Mains exam for taking admission in LPU. But, as you have less percentile, so you  need to give the LPUNEST (National entrance and scholarship test).

You will only get exemption from entrance test if you got 80 percentile or more in JEEMAINS along with minimum 60% in previous qualification i.e. in 12th class .

Dear candidate, in previous years, lpu cut off through jee mains was 80 percentile. I think it would be difficult at 74 percentile. They also conduct their own entrance exam called LPUNEST, try to give that or if you have good marks in boards, then maybe you get a seat in the last round of counselling.
