First of all you have to have science in class 11 with PCB ..
Always focus on you basic concepts. Don't mug up  anything.. Focus on Ncert textbooks for biology , physics and chemistry..practise on regular basis.. and don't overburden yourself with studies . Just enjoy your studies and have casual routine. And Do study daily and revise regularly..You will easily crack neet ug exam and aiims ug exam with good marks and rank.
