I've just passed 12th with science stream and I wanted to do engineering but my financial conditions are not good so I've heard from my professors that if you make income certificate than fees of your semesters will not be taken? is it really true and I am from general caste

Hello Dear, Yes if you show college your income certificate it not like didn't take any fees but they reduce down fees price.you have to in less  amount of money.and it also depend on College.
