Hello there.

First please confirm that the payment was successful by checking in with your bank to see if the amount was really deducted or not. Sometimes even after making the payment, it takes time to get reflected into the account as the bank takes time to process the payment. Kindly wait for sometime and check the status again. If the payment still doesn't shows then call up authorities and ask for their guidance on the matter.
