iam Applying for NATA ....all went well but could not upload the image even if the image size less than the max...what can i do tommorrow is

Call NATA helpline 1800 266 6282. The last date is March 2. The file size may be the problem. We had one such issue. The file size must be between 4 KB to 100 KB and dimesions of the photo must be 4.5 x 3.5. Use an online tool to resize or ask a photo studio fellow or a friend to help out
