As you said you are having the score of 96 percentile in the JEE mains then yaah with having this much percentile you can expect the rank under the range of approx 34k via which you can get the good Colleges who are accepting the JEE mains score card. If you compare the college's which you have displayed then among all those Colleges Jamia < LNMIIT < Thapar. See if you are purely interested to take the CSE / IT department then definitely you should go with the option LNMIIT. Overall if you see Thapar will be best including all the parameters like Placements, Educational scenario etc.
