This is a problem of concern and I will recommend you to choose any of the one below:

• Don't fill the part of NEET and try to submit. If it get submitted then its ok for you since the NEET application haven't started.
• Contact JAMIA HAMDARD via helpline number and get confirmed. This is the best way according to me rather than the first one.
