Both the exams are equally tough and take a lof of time and potential to crack.Both are difficult in their own ways.The one who is determined and willing to put all on the line crack the exams but you have to decide what you really want to do and where you interest lies.

If you talk about the toughness level then not doubt JEE Main is tougher compared to NEET because look at the questions of Physics and Chemistry they requirermore analytical skills and requires Higher thinking skills but the other side of this is that there are very less seat in the NEER and More in Engineering exams therefore it is easy to crack JEE main but to get a good rank one need  more knowledge compared to the toppers of NEET.
