The cut off rank is different for each category, branch and college. So it is difficult to predict the exact cut off rank. Candidates qualifying in JEE Main are eligible to get admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs. To qualify in JEE Main you need to score the qualifying cut off percentile specified by NTA and this qualifying cut off percentile changes every year depending on the number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. You can check the qualifying cut off percentile for JEE Main 2020 which is given below

The cut off for JEE Main 2021 will change depending on the above mentioned factors. Scoring the cut off marks may not help you to get seat in NIT/IIIT/GFTI. You need to score above the qualifying cut off percentile. Taking in to consideration the previous year cut off rank for NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you need to score minimum 96-98 percentile or above in JEE Main if you belong to general category. If you belong to EWS/OBC-NCL category you need to score minimum 95-96 percentile or above and if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score minimum 94 percentile or above in JEE Main to secure a decent rank.
