If you're a general candidate then unfortunately no. You have to secure higher marks than the cutoff of JEE Main 2019 for Paper I.

Good evening,

As per JEE Mains 2019, the cut-off for different categories is as follows:

1. GENERAL : 89.7548849 percentile

2. OBC-NCL : 78.2174869 percentile

3. SC : 74.3166557 percentile

4. ST : 44.3345172 percentile

5. PwD : 0.11371730 percentile

Now, you if you have qualified JEE Mains 2019 in your respective category, then surely you are eligible for JOSAA counselling.
