With this category rank it would be impossible for you to get into NIT and opt Computer Science and enigneering as we all know Computer Science and enigneering's cutoff's are so high for NIT and according to previous year cutoff maximum rank cutoff of last round for SC category is around 12k to 14k but your rank is far from that.
