Since 2019, the system has changed quite a lot from the traditional marks based to percentile based system, and if we have a look at the qualifying percentiles for the OBC-NCL category from 2019, we get the following data:

2019: 74.3166557 percentile

2020: 72.8887969 percentile

2021: 68.0234447 percentile

Moreover, the qualifying percentiles for the CRL category are as follows:

2019: 89.7548849

2020: 90.3765335

2021: 87.8992241
