JEE mains cutoff for general candidate is 89.754 percentile.
Actually, it's the qualfying marks which indicates that you are qualified/passed JEE main and also it's a qualifying marks for being eligible for JEE Advance.
But, if you to get into some NIT/IIIT then you cannot be eligible only scored qualfying marks in jEE mains.
For NITs/IIITs you need to score better.

As per this year cutoff for jee mains 2019 for general category is 89.754 percentile respectively.
