The Average package in this college is around 3.20 lakh/annum to 3.50 lakh/Annum , and every year many companies comes drive like TCS etc but I can't say it is the best

the admission depend on marks score in JEE(Main) and 12th board exam 60% weightage of JEE(Main) + 40% weightage of 12th board. as you have a very low marks in JEE so it is bit doubt full to get seat as this college is good college in the state.
