Yes, you can get the NIts but as you are wanting to get cse branch let me tell you that it's not possible because the cut offs are much higher and you need a percentile of atleast 91-92+ percentile.
But you can surely get core branches like mechanical, electrical, civil in NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut, Goa, Patna.
