Once registration is done it can't be changed. It's a strict rule from the board. So in any way there can't be any changes in your registration or in your rank list. If you are not satisfied for this year marks then you have to go for next year. There you can give the category reservation option.

But it will waste your time. So just apply for counselling with the rank and get an admission and don't waste your time and don't regret later.

be positive you will get an admission and give TFW option using the income certificate you will get low fee structure and you don't have to pay the tuition fees.
