At the time of applying for JEE Advanced 2020, you needed to uploaded your General EWS category certificate which should have been issued on or after April 01, 2020.
Candidates unable to get the certificate accordingly were needed to upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS Certificate) to that effect.
So if you have uploaded the declaration at the time of application form filling, then you don't need to worry. The authorities will provide you the details to upload your certificate before the seat allocation begins.
