According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs until and unless you deserves Home state quota and this also with some of the lower NITs not in any of the top or good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
