There are two ways to pay the application fee for JMI 2020. Either you can fill online with debit card, credit card or net banking which was not successful in your case. Either you can try it again or the other method is paying cash in offline mode and that will be going to JMI personally and pay the fee. If in online transaction your money got deducted but was unsuccessful,don't worry you will get the money back
