First of let me tell you the difference between NEET UG and NEET PG.
NEET UG is a national level entrance exam for undergraduation courses like MBBS & BDS where as NEET is a national level entrance exam for post graduation program like MS/MD and PG diploma.For giving NEET PG entrance exam you need to pass in graduation level.So I hope this makes you clear that you cannot apply for NEET PG until and unless you are graduated.
