Hey,

There are many options.You can apply for scientist/officer in any R&D organization like -ISRO,ONGC,BARC,& BHEL etc.

Or the IT companies where physics principle can be used and for Teaching Purpose in colleges/schools as professors in Government is the first choice in my point of view. For that you have to necessarily qualify in SLET/NET Examinations.

Also you can apply in Marine, Air force, Navy, Military, Laboratories using Nano technology/physics, you can become Research Associate/Assistant with government/private research works through CSIR or any other examinations.
