JoSAA is showing NITs cutoff percentile 74.31 for obc, and if someone get 74.53 percentile in obc in JEE Mains, so can he/she get admission?

Yes obviously he/she can, but again you should choose the branch carefully, and not just choose it just because it's an NIT. you should make an informed decision, and according to what's you want to do ahead. JoSAA rounds allot seats according to your preference, so choose wisely. All the best!

Hi ! As per your question the answer is depending. There is hell and heaven difference between cut-off and counselling. In reality you may achieve a cut-off but may not get into the desired college you want. But it mostly depends on rank. As per your data he may not get admission.
