Faculty in JSPM college for Information technology are mostly PhD holder, means they have good knowledge about their subjects. In MMCOE, faculty members are mostly ME or M.Tech holders and are well - educated (as per the reviews). Placement record of JSPM is better than MMCOE, but when it comes to IT in JSPM and CSE in MMCOE, both have good placement oopportunities. Highest salary pacakge is offered to CSE in MMCOE. You can choose as per your interest from IT in JSPM or CSE in MMCOE.
