If you are mentioning about gate 2019 then the counselling has been concluded on 11 July .

In case you are talking about seats through ap pgecet then counselling has not yet begun so it might take few days for official notification to come as last year it was in Las week of July .

as you ask about counselling date of ppgecapp through Gate 2019....

So counselling for appgecet for gate was started from 27 June to 11 July for GATE student .
