Yes you can give other exams at a time but admission is genrally take following one counselling.You should adhere to one course during admission and not go for other courses in times of admission.If you pursue medical courses then you must pursue medical courses at a time.

If you are asking about preparation of other exams along with NEET UG entrance exam, then yes, you can do it on your part. You can prepare for as many exams in different fields or the same field if you are able to handle all of them. But then, you should have a particular inclination towards atleast one and others should be like plan B so, that you succeed in one atleast instead of failing to get into even one of them.

Yes you can take admission in college as well as preparation of NEET .

You can take admission in B.sc etc. And preparation of NEET in parallel.

So it will be your backup plan, that is in case if you didn't got good marks so B.sc will be your career option.

it will be little difficult for you, but I you decide to do nothing is impossible.

Just focus well in both field.
